My name is Isadora Valentina. I am writing this to document the events that brought an otherwise average Brazilian girl like me to become part of a world of conspiracy theories and secret societies. I've been pondering whether or not to start a blog for quite a while
now. I've never been much of a writer and I'm not good at making
commitments, and with my schedule I doubt I'll stick to this for long, nevertheless I decided to give it a try, if anything just to see how long it will last.
Fighting mythological creatures isn't what I dreamed of becoming while growing up, and yet here I am, the heroine of my own story. I stumbled across it by accident, though when I think about it there are signs in my past that tell me I was destined to become this, partly one of the reasons I've started this blog.
Hunting wendigos and werewolves is not the only thing in my resume. I am also a fashion model. My most prominent work is probably my left elbow appearing on a Ricky Martin music video. While this might not be the most impressive of achievements I am also a voracious reader and hold a Ph.D in Political Science, perhaps a story better suited for later.
I've been rigorously trained in Japanese martial arts. I have also been using what some people may call magic since I was a child, mainly by using plants and their roots to heal minor wounds but also by manipulating the power of the elements to defend myself and harm my enemies. I will later elaborate how I've acquired these powers as I tell my story, but for now I must bid adieu.
Tchau,
Isadora Valentina
